President Trump will meet with U.S. business leaders at the White House on Tuesday as his administration considers how to move forward on two of his top campaign promises: infrastructure investment and tax reform.

White House press secretary Sean Spicer said Monday that Trump will huddle with 20 chief executives who belong to his Strategy and Policy Forum.

The group, which is responsible for advising the president on economic issues, last met with Trump in February.

Spicer said that members of Trump’s Cabinet will also convene small groups of business leaders to discuss issues relevant to their respective industries. Tesla CEO Elon Musk will reportedly meet with Transportation Secretary Elaine Chao, while General Motors CEO Mary Barra will huddle with Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Scott Pruitt.

Also participating will be Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross, Education Secretary Betsy DeVos and budget chief Mick Mulvaney.

The meeting comes after Trump told The New York Times he is considering attaching his $1 trillion rebuilding plan to a tax reform bill, because infrastructure is “so popular” among Democrats.

Last week, the administration held a town hall-style event with business CEOs, where Chao said the infrastructure proposal could land on Capitol Hill as soon as next month. Trump also signaled that the measure could top his pledged $1 trillion.

“We’re talking about a very major infrastructure bill for $1 trillion, perhaps even more,” Trump said.
