A Florida sheriff’s tough-talking public service announcement video warning the community about his crackdown on heroin abuse has gone viral.

Standing in front of a podium with four deputies in face masks and bulletproof vests and battle-ready music playing softly in the background, Lake County Sheriff Peyton Grinnell tells dealers, “We’re coming for you.”

“To the dealers I say: Enjoy looking over your shoulder constantly wondering if today’s the day we come for you,” Grinnell says in the video. “Enjoy trying to sleep tonight wondering if tonight’s the night our SWAT team blows your front door of the hinges. We’re coming for you . . . Run.”

It’s been viewed more than 830,000 times and shared more than 13,000 times.

“It’s really, you know, I guess they say — gone viral,” Grinnell told the Orlando Sentinel. “I’m just doing what I’m elected to do.”

In Lake County, 24 opioid-related overdoses were recorded since October, with four resulting in deaths. Heroin fatalities in Florida increased 279 percent from 2013 to 2015, according to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.
